In celebration of Women's Day tomorrow, I'm posting two women celebrities whose birthdays are today!

Name: Rachel Weisz (pronounced “vice”)
Birthday: March 7th, 1971
Zodiac: Pisces
Profession: Actress

Rachel Weisz might be known to us on this side of the Atlantic from The Mummy, Enemy at the Gates or About a Boy but she's been starring in British 'tele' since 1993 in Inspector Morse. She's acted in British theater too and started her cinema career in 1995 with Chain Reaction.

You might remember that she starred in The Constant Gardener – a Jon le Carré thriller in 2005 that got her Best Supporting Actress for both the 2006 Academy Award and Golden Globe Award. She also won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role. On the other side of the Atlantic she got the Best Actress award in both the London Critics Circle Film Award and British Independent Film Award!

Name: Wanda Sykes
Birthday: March 7th, 1964
Zodiac:Pisces
Profession: Actor, writer, stand-up comedian

Wanda Sykes might not be a famous actress but she's known for her observations on current events, the difference between the sexes and races, and life in general. She writes for the Chris Rock Show – a team that was nominated for four Emmys and won in 1999.

She started her stand-up career in 1987 when she entered a Washington, DC area talent competition. She lost in the competition but she discovered her passion for comedy. She hone in on her talents at local venues while working as a procurement officer at the National Security Agency (NSA). She left the NSA in 1992 and moved to New York.

She has appeared in films like Pootie Tang and on TV in shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm. In 2003 she starred in her own Fox network sitcom, Wanda at Large. That same year Wanda Sykes appeared in an hour-long comedy special Tongue Untied, which aired on Comedy Central. The same network that ranks her as #70 on its list of 100 greatest stand-ups of all times.
